“I called my home warranty office to report that I was having issues with my heating/air conditioning unit. I was told that I would receive a call from a local certified HAVAC Business within 24 hours. I received several text messages and phone calls within the hour of making contact with my home warranty company. I spoke with Melissa, and she offered to come to my home that afternoon, but I was busy so we scheduled an appointment for the next day at 8am. I received a call from Tuavo stating he would be at my home by 8am. “T” as he likes to be called arrived early and wore the “COVID-19”, protection wear. He listened tentatively as I explained the problems, and I should him the inside and outside units, along with yearly basic services on heating/air conditioning systems. Very thoroughly done, and he explained to me in layman’s terms so I could understand of what he found and what was needed to be done. He said that he wanted to run everything by his home office and he would get back to me shortly. He got back with me shortly thereafter and called me and wanted to bring another experienced technician named James back to my home. They both arrive, very pleasant which continued to put me at ease and they both did another thorough inspection. They both explained to me what needed to be done. They both wanted to take their findings back to their office and discuss with Melissa who handles the warranty businesses to see what could be done for my system to be upgraded or replaced. I received another phone call from Melissa stating that she will contact my home warranty company with all the findings, and get back with me the next business day. Later on late in the day, I received an email from my home warranty company that provided me with the details and what would covered and the cost along with an approval or disapproval button, that explained the two different buttons. I chose the approval, and I received several more emails accepting my approval and costs along with a copy to sent sent to “TemperaturePro”. The next day, Melissa, and “T”, spoke with me that they would be ordering the parts, and would get back with me once the parts are received and an appointment would be made to come back to my home to begin the services needed. This whole process has been very enlightening for me, especially the three business personnel (Melissa-Tuavo—James), who’ve been very efficient, friendly, professional and most of all assisting me by putting me at ease. I’m a retired military veteran who appreciates this type business that shows a well rounded care for people and services for their customers. Thanks much Kevin” – K.P.

Here are a few signs and indicators that your AC system requires repair from a certified HVAC professional:
When your AC system stops cooling and starts blowing warm air, this is a sign your condenser needs repair.
The condenser is the large metal cube that sits outside of your home. When it comes to air conditioning, the condenser is where most of the work cooling your home takes place. Components of a condenser include the refrigerant, compressor, condenser coil, electromagnet, fan, capacitor, relay switches, and more. Depending on the make and model of your system, the mechanics can vary.
If you notice a leak or your condenser makes strange noises when the fan turns on, this is when you should call an AC technician. You don’t want to wait because the issue can worsen beyond repair, at which point you would need to purchase an entirely new system.
Save yourself the time, money, and stress, call TemperaturePro today!
Most likely, your air conditioner will leak water because there is a problem with the condensate drain line.
The condensate drain line is a pipe that directs condensation that fell from the evaporator coil into the drain pan to a drain line in your home, often underneath a sink.
It could also be one of these other issues:
Our AC technicians will not be able to determine the cause of the leak without a visit to your home or business to inspect the unit.
Call TemperaturePro today and one of our HVAC experts will solve the problem with your leaky air conditioner!
