We recently used TemperaturePro due to a furnace issue. Of course it happened during a cold snap while I was home after a major surgery. Cold and in pain they showed up quickly. Although the first guy didn’t totally catch the main problem we had to call again later in the day. Tauvao was sent right over and he diagnosed the problem. Nothing could be done at that point until the morning. Brrr…a very cold night! He was back early the next morning with a few other guys and got it all fixed! They were awesome to work with. From the initial phone call, the emails, pictures of the service techs so we knew who would be at our door, it was a very pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation I highly recommend TemperaturePro

Our home AC unit decided to start leaking R410 just as the Charleston Summer Heat stared up in July. Our normal home AC provider was sold to new ownership who were not responsive. Asking a home reality company friend who could we turn to, he recommended TemperaturePro. Melissia in the Charleston Office was extremely responsive to our need using email, text and phone calls to help us. First dispatched Tauvao, one of her AC techs. He conducted a thorough maintenance check, discussed his findings and made the recommendation to change out the unit. Melissa came back with two options within 24 hours. At this point, we have bought a new unit and are awaiting installation. We'll let you all know how that goes. Lia serviced four units at my house today! She provided a comprehensive report. I booked another visit to correct the issues. These will allow my units to properly operate best during the very hot summer ahead. Well Done Lia. Many thanks. On 24 March 2025 Lia and her team returned to my home to deep clean two of my older units. This was within one week of her annual inspection, which recommended several maintenance actions to extend the life of three of my units. Three techs from TemperaturePro spent two hours on the task. One wall unit was so bad, they removed it, took it outside to clean. When they reinstalled it, I could smell the difference in the air quality. In an upstairs split unit, they installed a UV light to keep bacteria growth down. Once, again, thanks TemperaturePros, a Veteran owned company.

Jhonny was great! He took his time. Unfortunately, we are still experiencing the initial issue so we will need to figure out another plan but I appreciate the work he did.

Tauvao Tuala ("T") was incredible. Not only did he come out within 30 minutes of calling Temperature Pro on a SATURDAY, he did so on a Saturday, which is almost unheard of. He was thorough in troubleshooting and explaining our repair / replacement options -- and waiving his fee when we decided to hire TemperaturePro to replace the part. It was an A+ experience and refreshing compared to all the other services we called -- only to give us appointments the following week, not the same WEEKEND day. Amazing service and committment to the customer -- sorely needed when our A/C went out on a sweltering weekend. Thank you T and Temperature Pro!
